My Story

How It Began

In 2016, I regularly hiked the alpine, experiencing some of the most pristine locations on Vancouver Island. When I bought my first camera, my intent was simply to capture the mountains better than my phone could. In time, I became intrigued by the unique characteristics of landscape photography. I started to see that an image can be more than just a quick snapshot in time, but a way to express myself and create an atmosphere of mood and emotion. Photography has allowed me to connect with people from around the world and build an incredible, like-minded community. However, the greatest benefit of this pursuit is the opportunity to visit some of the most spectacular places on Earth and see the hand of God work in extraordinary ways.

My Vision Today

My passion for landscape photography never dwindles. Over the years of experiencing the wilderness through my camera, the intricacies of colour, texture, and light have captivated my attention, drawing me to all the details the landscape provides. Whether it’s the grand scene of a beautiful sunset or an interplay of shapes and colours at my feet, photography has shaped the way I see the world.

The Journey Continues

One of my favorite aspects of photography is that the journey never ends. I am constantly learning new techniques, researching new vistas, and evolving as a photographer.

Thank you for taking the time to explore my work and share in this journey.
